Listed below are forms that youth scout leaders will need to perform their job. Please print these out and have them available when needed.

Meeting Planner

Bring several copies of this form to PLC meetings in order to plan out the activities for upcoming meetings.

Menu Planner

Bring several copies of this form to the last meeting before each campout. This form must be filled out correctly in order to have your patrol\'s menu approved. Refer to the Scout Handbook for more information.

This is the same as the above form, except that it is in Microsoft Excel format. If you prefer, you can fill out the form on the computer and print it out.

This is the script for conducting Court of Honor ceremonies. Each leader with a speaking role should bring this form to the Court of Honor.
